Kate, Receptionist. As our receptionist, Kate manages our schedule and the front desk. She is very knowledgable about most surgery procedures, and making appointments. She can help you with questions about fillers and laser hair removal. Kate will help you pick the day for your consultation or surgery and will assist you with most other issues. She can also help with prescription refills, billing questions, or direct your call as necessary to the right person.
Nicole, Back Office. Nicole is our back office Medical Assistant and she is also a Scrub Tech. She will take you to the exam room and will usually be present during consultations, work up appointments, and postoperative follow up appointments. She also assists with fillers and Botox. Nicole is usually available for questions and occasionally is at the front desk when Kate is off.
Rachel, Scrub Tech. Rachel has worked in our back office. She has a wealth of information regarding plastic surgery. On the day of your surgery, she will be there assisting Dr. Brantner as the Scrub Tech.
Adelina, Operating Room & Recovery. Adelina is one of our nurses who may greet you on the day of surgery and get you checked into the surgicenter. She circulates in the operating room during surgery and will be there for your recovery after surgery. We are truly pleased to have her on our team. She is very patient oriented and will provide you with excellent care.
Jenna, Operating Room & Recovery. Jenn is a very experienced surgicenter nurse. She is one of our nurses who may greet you on the day of surgery and get you checked into the surgicenter. She circulates in the operating room during surgery and will be there for your recovery after surgery. We are very pleased to have her on our team and she will provide you with excellent care during your surgery experience.
Anesthesia. We use both anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists. Each one is an experienced team player and will provide outstanding attention to detail. The anesthesia provider will monitor you carefully during your procedure. You will meet your anesthesia provider on the day of surgery and usually you will receive a call the night before surgery. The anesthesia provider will ask questions regarding your history of previous anesthesia. You should also bring up any concerns that you have.
