Transumbilical Breast Augmentation (TUBA) Belly Button Incision

This example shows a 21 year old with no previous pregnancies.  She was an "A" before surgery and is a "C" after surgery.  Her saline inflatable implants were placed subpectoral and were 450 mL filled to 450 mL on both sides.  She remains soft at one year after surgery when her postoperative pictures were taken.  The implants were placed through a small incision within the belly button.
