| This example shows a 36 year old who has had two previous pregnancies to term. She stated her size was a "B" before surgery and she wanted to be a "C/D" after surgery. Her nipples measured 22 cm. from the suprasternal notch before surgery. She felt that her right breast volume was slightly smaller than the left breast volume before surgery. The transumbilical (TUBA) procedure was performed on 4-1-08. Her early photos taken on 4-21-08 at 3 weeks after surgery demonstrate a nice early result. She is completely soft. The implants used were 390 mL with fill volumes of 390 mL bilaterally and they were places submuscular through the belly button. |
