| This example is a 23 year old with deviation of her nose and an excess of nasal dorsum. Her procedure was a standard closed rhinoplasty with incisions inside the nose. Her ressult is shown at one year after her procedure. She requested a reduction of her nasal dorsum, slight elevation of her tip, and centering of her nose. There is a natural appearance after her surgery and her goals were achieved. She did not want to have an "operated look" after surgery. |
